Food Labels To Look For

I’m a Naturopathic Nutritionist, keynote speaker on a mission to change the world of IBD, driven by my own life-threatening experience with Crohn's and Colitis.
Years ago, I hit rock bottom and learned a brutal lesson:
We all have blind spots. Strengths that turn into weaknesses when ignored.
It shouldn’t have taken a near-death experience for me to wake up.
At 22, I went from healthy, active 185 lbs to housebound at 120 lbs (6'2"), suffering 15–20 bloody bowel movements a day, reliant on feeding tubes, countless medications, repeated hospitalizations, all while fighting for my life.
I couldn’t see the full picture until it almost killed me. Yes, medications did help save my life, but natural medicine empowered me to become self-empowered, regain my freedom, and become CEO of my own health.
Now I am on a mission to help create the healing home and the IBD education system I never had. To date, we’ve guided 2000+ to reverse symptoms, discover alternatives to surgery, and gain massive results naturally.
This healing journey was my STEP 1 - the defining moment that helped me finally put myself in charge and reclaim my life from years of suffering with IBD.
